This is the most common and easiest option for users. This will require the use of a web developer or IDX Vendor (ihomefinder, ihouseweb, elmstreet technologies). Data is accessed in a raw RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) format and requires the manipulation of the raw data into a usable interface. An IDX Vendor is usually required. This is the cheapest of the 3 options, but may also require the member to pay the IDX vendor as well.
This is our easiest to use IDX solution, but is limited in its flexibility. It is a one size fits all type option, where there is no customization. It just takes the search from the MLS and allows the user to add it to their site.
This is a more advanced option than our iFrame solution. It offers multiple ways to implement searches onto a member website and can also be mocked up to better match the style of the member’s website. Because of this, it is best that the member has web knowledge or is using a web developer to handle their site.
